Nutrition and Strength Training for Competitive Athletes 16 Weeks:

The 16-week program prep is designed for athletes that are preparing for the competitive season and are not decided on a contest yet. The approach on this program is to get the athlete in competitive mode by designing a nutrition and strength training program. This program also focus on the cardiovascular component to maxima results. This program has a approach on supplementation along with nutrition. The perfect combination will allow the athlete to reach athletic peak by providing your body with the energy require to master the workouts.

When designing this program we go in depth about the athletes lifestyle. It is very important for us to know the athlete schedule in order to design a program that is going to help the athlete recover by suggesting the proper supplements. Supplements are going to aid the athlete during recovery and rest.

This program changes every 4 weeks through the duration of the 14 weeks.
Evaluation is done by submitting progress pictures every week via email.


16 weeks out from lay out:

1 week complete cleanser to detoxify the body completely. During this week we recommend a 2 bikram yoga or hot yoga as well.  The body needs to be renew and recharge for the new program. This program provides:
  • 4 week training program
  • 4 week nutrition program
  • 4 week cardio program that will be changed depending on your progress.
  • This program will also include the diet, training, and cardio that you will perform the last week leading up to the show.

Monthly nutrition and strength training program is design for those athletes in need of changes on their current program. This is for those athletes that don’t want to commit to a long term strength training, nutrition, and cardiovascular program.

This program provides:
  •  4 week training program
  • 4 week nutrition program
  • 4 week cardio program.

There are no changes made during the duration of the program.

By evaluating the athletes current program we will be able to create a nutritional plan and strength training to guide you in the right direction.

Pictures are provide by the athlete each week to access their progress or to make the necessary adjustment to the program.

Stage Ready:

Learn how to display your physique to maximize your stage presence. You stage presence is going to set your standards. Posing is performing and when a dancer performs it must be clean and precise. You must spend some time walking on those heels and getting comfortable being in a bikini. The more you practice, the easy the presentation becomes.

Start posing 8 weeks before you show and you are going to master this art. Adela coaches each athlete on how to correctly pose and bring out their best qualities.

This is a 1hr session that will leave you better informed on how to pose for your body symmetry. This posing session can be done via Skype as well.

Group training is for 4-6 individuals wanting to optimize and take your training to the next level.
  • This classes 6 weeks long and twice a week.
  • We will be using old school techniques to get you motivate and ready to come back for more.
  • We are using steps, dumbbells, bags, ropes, and super energize music to keep you going the entire class.

Weekend Balls to the Wall Training with The Champ:

This is a group training for 25 people or more.  We will choose 2 body parts to train, go over cardio, nutrition and posing. Weekends are open for man and women to test your fitness and maximize to a new level. The weekend Balls to the Wall Training is on Saturdays and it will leave ready to start the week.
